Daniel- Owner of CrossFit Rockwall and L2 Coach
Paul- Owner of CrossFit Rockwall L1 Coach
Paul joined CrossFit Rockwall in 2017, after moving down from Chicago with his family. Having a deep history in collegiate baseball, Paul sought after the competitive and team nature of CrossFit. Paul and Daniel quickly formed a friendship and bond that was capitalized on when they partnered up to run CrossFit Rockwall as a team.
After playing highly competitive collegiate football, Daniel was introduced to CrossFit Rockwall in 2012 as a means to continue his pursuit in health and wellness. After quickly becoming "hooked" to CrossFit, Daniel sought after CF certifications in multiple fields, and went on to become the owner of CrossFit Rockwall. "Coach Dan" is a staple in the CFR Community and enjoys 1 on 1 personal training as much as he does leading a group of athletes through class.
Darren- L2 coach
Morgan- L1 coach
Heather- L1 Coach
Darren joined the Crossfit Rockwall community in 2010 and has never looked back. In October 2010 he became a Crossfit Level 1 Certified Trainer and worked with a few individual clients before becoming a L2 certified coach at Crossfit Rockwall. Darren loves the personal competitive aspect of CrossFit, having done competitive sports from an early age. Darren believes that CrossFit training is the best path to overall functional fitness and as a trainer hopes to help others reach their fitness goals.
Morgan has been with CrossFit Rockwall since 2017, and started coaching to learn more about CrossFit, focus on form, and improve as an overall athlete. When Morgan is not coaching or training in the gym, she can be found studying for her degree in Environmental Science.
Heather started CrossFit 4 years ago as a means for losing weight and getting fit. After seeing great results, Heather decided to pursue her CF L1 coaches certification in order to help make a difference in peoples lives: physically, mentally, and emotionally. "The initial step of walking into a CrossFit box was one of the most difficult things I've had to do, but by far one of the best decisions I ever made!"
