Rockwall Weightlifting Club - 4 pm
1) Adductor Smash - 2 minutes
- Foam Roller; Barbell
2) Medial Shin Tack and Floss - 2 minutes per side
- Double Lacrosse ball inside and outside of shin - press into floor
3) Calf Stretch - 2 minutes per side
- Wall stretch + band around ankle
