At CrossFit Rockwall, we offer top-notch, professional, coaching. All of our coaches hold multiple certifications in order to help you best! One-on-one personal coaching sessions are a great option if you have an injury or limitation, or if you don't yet feel comfortable joining the group classes. You will receive the undivided attention of a qualified and professional coach, who will create a fitness program designed specifically for YOU, to help you reach your goals as quickly as possible.
We have successfully worked with serious athletes, grandmothers, and everyone in between! No matter what your goals are, we are confident we can help you achieve them!

What our 1-on-1 sessions include:
- Each session is 45-55 minutes
- Each session includes a warm-up, mobility work, skill review, and workout designed specifically for you
- A workout log to track your progress
- Information on diet and nutrition
- Food log review and nutrition consultations
- Resources specific to your goals
- Personal support for the entire time you train with us
