CrossFit Kids is a program designed especially for kids. Our mission is to provide a foundation for lifelong fitness. By making our program simple and fun, your child will learn the basics of body control and safe exercise, and they will be excited about fitness. Our kids program is perfect for all kids, regardless of ability level or athletic experience.
Teen CrossFit is a combination of skill practice, workouts and games to build strength and conditioning in young athletes. We will work on more detailed skills, introduce the use of light weights, and include game play and positive reinforcement. Your teen will learn the proper technique and range of motion to move weight safely and will develop skills that will help them excel with whatever they do!

Physical Benefits– CrossFit provides wide variety of physical skills, from weightlifting to gymnastics. Young brains are constantly making neurological connections and adaptations. These connections in the brain are made in response to stimuli, such as learning new skills. The more kids are exposed to when they are young, the more connections and capacities they develop and retain for the rest of their lives. People who trained in athletics growing up have a capacity to take on new things as adults and display efficient and effective movement with their bodies.
Emotional Benefits – CrossFit is similar to sports and martial arts in how it can develop children and teens on an emotional level. In our program we work with youth on sportsmanship, leadership, teamwork, listening skills, self-discipline, and manners. These are all skills that will help them become successful later in life. In addition, we see a noticeable difference in the confidence level of children and teens who do CrossFit. We have also seen children and teens lose considerable amounts of weight, resulting in a major shift in body image and a big boost in self-esteem. This is especially important and beneficial in the pre-teen and teen years.
Fitness as a Lifestyle – It is important to instill the value of fitness at an early age. It is also important to make sure kids find fitness fun – if children enjoy being active as they grow, and clearly see the benefits in how they feel, then they are more likely to keep fitness a priority throughout their lives. Eating healthy becomes a natural and normal choice and being active becomes something they enjoy doing.

Our CrossFit Kids and CrossFit Teen classes are taught by professional and experienced instructors. All coaches that will be working with your children are certified trainers, hold CPR/AED certifications, have a current background check on file, and have been rigorously screened to make sure that your children are safe and enjoy the best experience possible. We're confident that you will like the instructors as much as your kids do!
