CrossFit training is a great way to get back in shape, get in shape for the first time, or take your fitness to levels you didn't even think were possible. Our free workouts are designed for you to get a taste of CrossFit, whether you have worked out before or not. Certified CrossFit coaches will teach you the movements used in the workout, ensure proper form, motivate you throughout the workout, and answer any questions you have. Step 2: Complete our Introductory Elements Course
The Elements is a four-session training course that teaches you the basic movements you'll see in CrossFit workouts. Even if you have done the movements before, your Elements coach will help you perfect them! The Introductory Elements will ensure you are safe, confident, and ready for our group classes.
