Rx - 1x1 rep (65% of 1RM)
- 1x1 rep (70% of 1RM)
- 1x1 rep (75% of 1RM)
- 1x1 rep (80% of 1RM)
- 1x1 rep (85% of 1RM)
- rest 60 seconds
Level 2 - 5x2 reps (add up to 10% to Tuesday if technique allows) - rest 75 seconds
Level 1 - 5x3 Power Snatch (add up to 10% to last week's load if technique allows) - rest 90 seconds
Back Squat - 1x20 reps
If you got all of your reps last time, go up 5%. If you got 15-19 reps, attempt the same load again. If you got 11-15 reps, go down 5%. If you got 10 reps or fewer, go down 10%. If this is your first week, attempt 60% of your 1RM.
