| Clean and Jerk (65% of 1RM) |
Find your Clean 1RM from February 28, 2011 and your Jerk 1RM from March 1, 2011.
The cleans are squat cleans, but can be power clean - front squat.
The Jerks are shoulder-to-overhead (shoulder press, push press, push jerk, split jerk).
A round is considered a successful Clean and a successful Jerk and a rep is considered either a Clean or a Jerk. So, 1 round = 1 successful Clean and 1 successful Jerk = 2 reps.
You must complete each round before you can move on to the next round. Each round begins with a successful Clean and ends with a successful Jerk. If you miss a Clean, you cannot move on to the Jerk until you successfully complete the Clean; and if you miss a Jerk, you cannot move on to the next round until you successfully complete the Jerk.
