Gillian Mounsey, 3rd place finisher at the 2008 CrossFit Games, is taking on a 100 muscle-up challenge on November 14th. She is raising money for Hope for the Warriors, which supports injured/killed US Service Members and their families. Check out the event details and donate a few dollars.
