Come experience the CrossFit difference. Workouts will be scalable to ALL fitness levels,
from those who have never worked out before to experienced athletes. Dress in comfortable workout clothes
and wear athletic shoes. Bring a water bottle and be well hydrated before the workout.

"Fight Gone Bad!"
Three rounds of:
Wall-ball, 10 ft target (20 lbs / 14 lbs)
Sumo deadlift high-pull (34 kg / 25 kg)
Box Jump, 20" box
Push-press (34 kg / 25 kg)

In this workout you move from each of five stations after one minute.The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is taken before repeating. On call of "rotate", the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.
