Find your 1 rep max on the Snatch. Take your time and do lots of warm-up sets before going heavy.
WOD
Double Tabata of:
Hollow Rocks
Superman hold
The Tabata interval is 20 seconds of work, followed by 10 seconds of rest. During this workout, we will perform 8 intervals of 20 seconds of Hollow Rocks, 10 seconds of rest, 20 seconds of Superman Hold, 10 seconds of rest, for a total of 8 minutes.
