Push Press 1-1-1 reps
WOD
As many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:
3 Power Cleans (75% of Clean 1RM)
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats
Intermediate / Beginner: Scale the pull-ups and push-ups as needed.
Post load on the lift (and mention if it's a PR!) and time on the WOD to comments.
