and Find your 3 rep max Overhead Squat
Your score is the total number of pull-ups for the 3 rounds plus your highest successful 3 rep max Overhead Squat (in pounds).

Over the weekend, we watched approximately 150 individual athletes and hundreds of athletes on affiliate teams put it all on the line at the 2009 CrossFit Games. We watched Mikko Salo, the eventual male winner, battle Speal on the 7.1 kilometer hill run, finishing seconds behind him. We watched Valerie Mackenzie stumble near the finish line of the run, collapse, and sommersault her way across the finish line with her head bleeding. We watched Jason Khalipa, the 2008 male CrossFit Games champion, collapse after coming down from the hill. After a few minutes, he returned to his feet, finished the run, and about an hour later performed 1 deadlift every 30 seconds for 10 minutes with weights increasing from 315 lb to 505 lb. We watched 15 other men also impressively make it through the all the deadlifts. We watched 1 woman, Cyndi Frieling, make it all the way through the deadlifts with weights ranging from 185 lb to 375 lb. It was a sight to see!
