This week, we begin testing for our 1 rep max (1RM) on the different lifts and this will continue for the next couple of weeks. After we run through 1 cycle of testing for 1RM's, we will use these numbers for future strength work and WODs. So, let's get pumped up (Josh Everett style) and lift some heavy weight.
