There is a new method of losing weight called "bet dieting". You bet on yourself to lose a certain amount of weight in a specified time period. If you don't, you have to pay. And the money goes to a charity that you oppose. We think it may be more effective if instead of paying money to an anti-charity, you'd pay in burpees. What do you think?
