Come work on your cleans this morning. This is a technical and sometimes difficult lift to pick up. Now is a great chance to practice. We'll work on progressions, skill transfer exercises, and put it all together to improve your clean!
Workout of the Day
In Teams of 2, with one person working at a time, complete the following:
AMRAP 20 minutes:
1 Deadlift
3 Position Clean
10 Double Unders (or 40 Singles)
Scale weight to the teams ability.
