Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
Run 400 meters
Max rep Pull-ups
Beginners: Walk/jog 200 meters (or 2 minutes if you can't measure the distance) and do jumping or assisted pull-ups.
Post number of pull-ups completed for each round to comments.
