In teams of 2, complete the following, with only one person working at a time.
42-30-18 rep rounds, for time:
Kettlebell Swing
Push-ups
Squats
Scale the exercises/weights to each team members ability. If you're doing this on your own, complete 21-15 and 9 rep rounds.
