Run 400 meters*
50 Squats
Beginner: Reduce squat reps to 25 each round.
Intermediate: Reduce squat reps to 35 each round.
*You may substitute rowing for running (500m row = 400m run), but trust me - this will make it harder!

"CrossFit is generating results for its thousands of followers. "I like
