10 Ring Push-ups, 5 variations (we did Variations 1-5, switching each round)
Turkish Get-Up Sit-ups with 30lb dumbbell, 10 each side
Everybody rotated through ring push-ups and TGU sit-ups, for time. No one had done these ring push-up variations or Turkish Get-ups before today, and everyone did a great job!
Tips on scaling this workout: Do 10 regular or modified push-ups instead of ring push-ups; do regular sit-ups or crunches instead of TGU sit-ups. You can also reduce the number or rounds or repetitions.

As a team, we finished in 20:36
It started raining half way through, but everyone stuck it out, despite being wet and covered in grass!
