Woody started the Performance Menu Mass Gain program this week. He lifts Monday, Wednesday and Friday with a goal of gaining 15 pounds of muscle. It is a seven week program that he is incorporating with his 25 block, 5x fat Zone Diet (that's over 5,000 calories a day!). We will keep you posted on his progress!

That's a 70kg shoulder press, 87kg clean and 35kg weighted pull-up!
