CrossFit Rockwall's First Workout!

We will be doing our very first official workout at our remote location in Port Huron, Michigan on the shores of Lake Huron. The daring crew of the Huron Lady II has requested a CrossFit Crew Day on Sunday, August 5th. The workout will be at Lakeside Beach in Port Huron at 7:30pm. Any and all CrossFitters in the area are encouraged and welcome to join us. Group workouts at our home location in Rockwall, Texas will begin soon!
